Spacious rooms with a great view of the street activity below. The rooms were well-maintained and decorated with love, exceeding expectations. The staff was fantastic, with some of them speaking excellent English. Their attention to detail and above-average amenities, such as a microwave and full-sized fridge, along with clean bathrobes, made the stay comfortable.- The hotel provided free coffee in the lobby, which was a nice perk to have during the Christmas season.
The WiFi had some issues, with frequent disconnections and slow speeds. This made it difficult to stay connected and browse the internet.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the spacious, well-decorated room on the ground floor. The friendly reception staff quickly accommodated our request to change rooms when the first one was too humid. The hotel facilities, including a fridge and coffee and tea-making facilities, were a pleasant surprise. The location near the Surat Thani town bus stop made it convenient for reaching the ferry.

The rooms were modern and clean, with all the necessary amenities like a microwave, fridge, and TV with satellite channels. the spacious rooms were nicely decorated and had a comfortable sofa and dining table. the hotel also provided dishes, cutlery, cups, and a kettle, making it convenient to enjoy meals in their rooms. shampoo, conditioner, and bottled water were provided, which added to the overall convenience.
One of the negatives was that the room wasn't cleaned during our two-night stay, resulting in a smelly bathroom bin and damp towels. Many businesses were closed, limiting the choices for groceries and restaurants.
